Hello!

Hi everyone... I haven't blogged for a while... sorry. A special mention to Juha who left a comment from Finland who left a comment one of Adrian's blogs below :) Awesome.

Guess what!!!! I got all my grades back, I've officially passed everything! COOL a. I have to go get my form signed by the administrator lady at Uni then I can get the second payment of my TeachNZ scholarship ($2500). Yay!

Also thanks to Grandma and Grandpa, they gave me some money :) So I had an explore in town this morning. I just bought some pants, a rug from Trade Aid which I've wanted for a while and a present for Adrian. The rest will be going into savings cos everyone knows we should be saving. Wedding... honeymoon... rings... crazy! O well...

I'm not sure how many of you know that I started my job at Dick Smith Electronics last Wednesday. I was a little apprehensive about stepping back into retail, but I'm really enjoying it! I've had some STUPID customers already, but so far they don't seem to be bothering me as much... I have a feeling I shouldn't be talking about the enjoyment factor just in case it all turns to custard... But the team is pretty cool. There are a couple of people who are pretty immature (I feel old there) and a little lazy but I guess you get people like that in every workplace. I learnt A LOT about different products and have been talking to Adrian about them and he teaches me more. It's great! Cos we all know how much Adrian loves talking about electronics ;)

I have ordered my wedding dress! If you would like to be emailed a pic of it leave a message in the guestbook and I will send one to you! (I can't put a pic on here cos then Adrian will see!). Apparently it will be here mid-December and then we can get all the necessary alterations done. Exciting!

We had an appointment with David from KiwiScraps yesterday morning about our wedding invitations. He is going to email us a quote... I can fully recommend KiwiScraps - it's a scrapbooking warehouse but they obviously have all you need for DIY wedding invitations too. We (well, ok, mostly David) made a mock-up of our invitations and they are so pretty! It's all very exciting. Adrian and I started making a list of invitees last night so with some of you we will be in touch closer to the time re. addresses.

Anyway! I need to go and have lunch. Love xxx

PS. We are going to see Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix tomorrow! So excited!
