Claire Loves You

Hello. I haven't spoken to you all for a while but this is a random blog about what it means to be appreciated.

First of all, if you have made a big impression on me, or if you are dearly special to my heart, at some point I will probably hand-make you something. Even if it's just a card, it means that I really appreciate what you've done and/or who you are and I want to reciprocate by spending time making something especially for you. This can vary from a few minutes to a day or two (or in the case of cross-stitches, sometimes months, even years alas) but all of the things I make are made with love. So it's nice to know then that the thing I have made for you is then appreciated in turn.

I have learnt that a small few people don't realise how much love and care and work goes into the things I make... and in the unspoken rules of human nature it means those people are the ones who won't get much more in the future.

On a lighter note, Bean is VERY cute.

i love bean.

i love you and i love the things you've made for me. they're displayed in my apartment and they make it so much nicer.

about your comment, as i understand it, feta cheese probably is a type of goatcheese, though i'm not sure. i love feta because it's greek food and i love greek food, especially gyros, ever had one of those babies? they're delicious. anyway, we do specify, though i'm sure it's all the same.

I'm sorry people suck. :(

Also, I don't have a clue where the feta thing came from... but feta is traditionally made from goat milk, but that makes it quite expensive, so you can also get cow and sheep feta. It'll tell you on the label (in the ingredients, if not anywhere else, sneaky buggers), though the price will probably give it away too.
