Hello. I feel like writing in a different font this time.
There. Ha! Just kidding! Man I'm funny.
Is this new? No...
There's nothing interesting... I felt like curly girly writing but will have to settle for something different.
Life in Opotiki is... relaxing. But when you've relaxed for 2 days already and your wedding is in 3 days, it gets kind of old. Nevermind, it's better than being in Wellington, where I'd probably be spending money I should rather take on honeymoon.
My uncle Steve and his partner Sandy are over from the UK at the moment. They are lovely :) And we don't get to see them very often. Of course, they are coming to the wedding. Another Biggs, another reason for me to cry at the ceremony. I'm really going to try not to. Which won't be enough, because if I'm completely sane, I will cry the whole way through. About 5 months ago I chose which song I'm going to 'walk down the aisle' to (even though there isn't an aisle, as such), and everytime I've listened to it since, I've felt like crying. I got toasted (as in glasses raised, not burnt by orange elements in a small piece of whiteware, or inebriated) at a function I went to with Mum and Dad = tears. Looking on our photographer's website at an emotionally present bridegroom = tears. Thinking about Dad giving me away = tears. Imagining Mum, Anna, Uncle Steve and probably others crying during the ceremony = tears. Reading through our vows beforehand = tears. All I can hope for is that I lose a bit of my sanity and am running on adrenalin. A little like a wedding robot, I guess. That would suit me fine. I mean sure, I like being emotional and I think it's natural to shed a few tears... but people don't look pretty when they're crying (at least I don't), and once I start it will take me ages to stop.
We went to see our photographer last Saturday morning in Hamilton. He's great. In case you haven't realised, once our wedding photos have been 'finished', we will have an online album which you can access from their website. When it first goes up it will have a password so that Adrian and I can be the first ones to look at it, but once we 'open it up' it will be there for everyone to see. So you can look at it from anywhere in the world. Exciting a. That was another awesome bonus we got for going with these guys - no other photographer we met has all the albums available to view online (publicly, at least).
I'm going to investigate changing the address of our blog... if and when I do I will send everyone an email with the new link so that you don't get lost ;)
Love to all xxx
PS. This probably really is the last time you'll hear from me... only 3 days to go, then on honeymoon till about the 24th January. Can't wait :)

I just thought - if you change your blog address to clairejongelenelogen.blogspot.com people probably won't remember how to spell it :)
