i dont know why its started underlining things. the photo isnt that interesting, the onlz reason i put it on is to show zou how to look at, it doesnt look much different to the nz motorway. but 1. people are driving a minimum of about 110kph 2. people follow (good) unwritten road rules and are a lot more courteous than nz drivers and 3. the cars are a lot cooler. we are in a opel corsa, which is kind of like a holden barina in nz, with 3 of us and baggage. at one point we got it up to 170kph, a record for colins "faithful steed".
at the nederlands - deutsche border, there was ONE customs police car. how wierd... i expected there to be a lot more ado, especially coming out of holland! however, once we passed the border the customs police car left its resting spot and made its way behind us. colin thought it was going to pull us over but instead pulled over a turkish car (the numberplates all have codes as to which EU country they are from). it was a verz civilised affair, with the customs car passing the wanted car then putting on a light on a banner on his roof saying "PLEASE FOLLOW ME". sO CUTE: NOW I DONT KNOW WHY CAPITALS ARE ON: DAMMIT! ANYWAZ::: SO THE CUSTOMS CAR ACTUALLZ PULLS THE WANTED CAR OVER FROM THE FRONT: COOL HUH:
SO WE DROVE FOR QUITE A FEW HOURS DOWN PAST COLOGNE AND FRANKFURT TOWARDS OUR DESTINATION IN HOHENSCHWANGAU WHICH IS THE TOURIST TOWN NEXT TO THE NEUSCHWANSTEIN CASTLE IN BAVARIA - THE CASTLE WHICH THE DISNEZLAND CASTLE WAS MODELLED ON: WE ARRIVED THERE LATE AT NIGHT; MOSTLY DUE TO GOOGLE MAPS DIRECTING US TO A SECTION OF THE AUTOBAHN WHICH WAS ACTUALLZ NOT ZET FINISHED::: SO WE HAD TO GO ON A LARGE AND
