In the lap of luxury

My paper to the Taiwan conference has been accepted :) It is called the International Conference on Sensing Technology, and is being held at the National Cheng Kung University in Tainan.

Furthermore, I have scholarship money to pay for the trip, and Claire is taking time off work to come along with me. Now, as far as accommodation is concerned, it doesn't cost any different to have a whole room to myself, or have Claire join me, and taxis you pay for per trip, not per person. So all we need to pay for Claire to come is her airfare and various meals. Oh, and lets not forget stopping off at the gold coast on the way home.

So, as I did for our trip to Germany (we leave on Sunday!) I'm going to put all the details of our flights here.

Phew!

Claire and I are thinking of staying at a 5 star hotel in Tainan. According to their website it costs approx $200 NZD per night - I think that's a bargain for a 5-star hotel. And all of the reviews for it are excellent. It's called the Tayih Landis Hotel.
