Why are universities full of stupidity?

Vic are weird. Not only do they say that my Waikato degree is 'not sighted' when they've seen it and stamped it at least once, but now I'm seeking a Certificate of Proficiency for my Canterbury degree*, as well as for my Waikato degree.

Is it not bad enough to be of status 'qualification sought' when I didn't even ask for a F***ING CERTIFICATE OF PROFICIENCY for my Waikato degree? How difficult is it to make a category that says "Part-time Student, completing additional papers". What the hell is a Certificate of Proficiency anyway?

*On a side note, it's pretty impressive that I have a degree from Canterbury now as well as Waikato. I'm not sure when I completed it. Possibly I was in some strange sci-fi-esque timewarp. Can anyone help out here? Perhaps I should ring Vic and demand to know how it is that although they have 'not sighted' my Waikato degree, they have managed to discover that I apparently have a Canterbury degree also. MUPPETS.

Wow, you are cleverer than we all thought you were. And you did it so quickly......
I often wonder if uni people live in the REAL world. Congratulations on your second degree, however shortlived it may be.
